We are collectors ourselves, and the Watch Repair tool will only connect you to ABTW Approved watchmakers that we would use ourselves.
How do you know if your watch needs service?
Sometimes the need for repair is obvious. You drop your watch and crack the crystal, or your watch stops functioning. In these cases, you may need a replacement part combined with some service re-adjustments. If your watch is relatively new and ceases to function, we advise that you first check to see if your issue is covered by warranty. But if your watch is no longer covered, the ABTW Approved Watch Repair tool to the right may the best place to start.
Also, if you’ve had and worn the same watch for decades, it may be worth preventative maintenance to ensure it keeps running well into the future. Or perhaps you have acquired a watch that is damaged and needs some special restoration. Lastly, a routine service may be a good measure to take before you sell or trade the watch privately.
Whatever your specific needs are, we will connect you with an approved service partner, and help get your beloved watch up and running again.
