While mulling it over, they recognized that their creative block was, in fact, a unique opportunity. So why is Tockr letting fans develop the name of its newest watch?

The latest Tockr piece is the product of a brand that actively listens to its consumers. The applied indices, subtle detailing, and no-date crosshair dial are the result of acknowledging customer input. The latest release is also a huge departure from the “C-47 Radial Engine” models Tockr carried during its 2017 launch. Since then, the brand has been both inspired and informed by the knowledge and passion within the watch community at large.

As an independent brand, Tockr does not squander the advantage of direct interaction with consumers. Tockr’s yet-to-be-named piece is powered by an ETA-2834-A6, which is housed in a 42mm 316L steel case. The dial is viewed through a sapphire crystal and is available in sunburst blue, sunburst gray, or matte black. Each dial uses orange as the accent color, and there is a unique debossing of the minute track markers. The applied hour indices are luminous, as are the hands and the tiny aircraft at the tip of the running seconds. Each watch also comes with both a silicone and vintage-textured leather strap with engraved pin buckle.

Tockr was inspired by the storied life of C-47 pilot Eugene Martin Xeres, Jr. Xerxes’ tales of aircraft-based adventure would go on to influence Tockr co-founder Austin Ivey in the creation of the brand.
