LAmicroLUX is a two-day event taking place April 6-7, 2019 that celebrates independent and micro brand luxury watches with participation from watch enthusiasts, industry insiders and brand ambassadors. A highlight of the event is an exhibit hall where 16 boutique brands will showcase their watches. The event will be hosted in the Versailles Ballroom at the Olympic Collection conference center, 11301 W. Olympic Blvd in Los Angeles. This high end conference center will be a fitting setting for an event that celebrates craftsmanship, precision and luxury.
LAmicroLUX was created for watch enthusiasts who may enjoy mainstream brands, but also appreciate independent and micro brand watches. A number of impressive independent and micro brands have emerged on the scene lately. Independent and micro brand designers take pride in the craftsmanship and unique features of their watches at often favorable pricing. While some retailers carry independent brands, many others do not have them in their inventories. This makes it challenging at times for watch fans to sees micro brand watches in person. LAmicroLUX provides guests with the opportunity to view watches from 16 boutique brands under one roof. With so many brands on hand, this is an ideal event for seasoned watch enthusiasts, newer fans looking to make their first purchase, or anyone who wants to learn more about independent and micro brands.
Smaller brands do their best to advertise and share their products with luxury watch consumers but often don’t have the advertising reach of larger brands. LAmicroLUX was born to bring these creations, fans, and brands together to unite for our favorite hobby…our love of watches. Some of us are collectors with vast knowledge of the intricacies of fine watches, while others simply love the way a watch looks and makes them feel. While our cell phones can show us the time and date, they do not provide the deep connection of a high quality, luxury watch.
The brands that are exhibiting at LAmicroLUX include:
Crafter Blue, Dietrich, Klokers, Laco 1925, Lesablier, Melbourne Watch Co., Ocean Crawler, Out of Order, Perrelet, RALF TECH, Spinnaker, Tsao Baltimore, Vanguard Automatic, Vertex, Visitor Watch Co., Zelos
The exhibit hall is open each day from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. With an “open house” format, guests can visit the exhibit hall for as long as they desire to meet with brand ambassadors, learn more about independent and micro brand watches, and even make purchases.
At 5:00 pm each day, watch fans can gather for a cocktail hour with a cash bar where they can compare watches and enjoy the company of others who share their passion for luxury watches.
The first 200 people to register will be invited to enjoy a keynote presentation with a luxury watch insider on Saturday, April 6th at 3:30 pm inside the main exhibit hall. Click HERE to register. There is no cost to attend LAmicroLUX but pre-registration is suggested.
